Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 oz white rum, or to taste
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, whisk the egg yolk and evaporated milk until warm and coating the spoon.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a blender, then add the sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and white rum.
