Coconut Bliss Margarita

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water (such as Vita Coco)
- 1/8 cup tequila
- 1/8 cup fresh lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
- 1.50 tablespoons triple sec
- 1.50 tablespoons sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco López)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Freeze the coconut water in a small, shallow plastic container or ice-cube tray for 4 to 5 hours until solid.
- In a blender, combine the frozen coconut water, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, cream of coconut, ice, and salt.
- Process the mixture until smooth, about 30 seconds.
