Ingredients

  • 5 oz milk
  • 0.50 oz Vanilla simple Syrup
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.50 oz coconut rum
  • 0.50 oz cream-based Caribbean rum
  • Ice
  • Whipped Cream (for topping)
  • Caramel sauce (for topping and rim)
  • 1 tablespoon Pecan chips (for rim)
  • 1 tablespoon Shredded coconut (for rim)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Vanilla Syrup, chocolate liqueur, coconut rum, cream-based Caribbean rum, and ice. Shake well.
  2. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce on a plate and lightly dip the rim of your glass in it, then dip the rim in a mixture of pecan chips and shredded coconut.
  3. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass, and serve with or without ice. Top with whipped cream.
