Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
  • 3/8 cup evaporated milk
  • 7/8 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 oz light rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and cream of coconut.
  2. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
  3. Finally, pour in the rum. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle, seal tightly, and refrigerate.
  5. Serve the coconut Christmas cheer cold in small drink glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Shake well before serving.
