Ingredients
- 4 oz GOYA(r) Evaporated Milk
- 2 oz GOYA(r) Cream of Coconut
- 2 oz GOYA(r) Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp white rum (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the coconut mixture into a glass bottle and cover it. Transfer it to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
- Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine.
- Pour the Coconut Christmas Delight into a small serving glass and garnish with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick if desired.
