Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 0.50 oz milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, heat heavy cream and milk chocolate until the chocolate is melted; then let it cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled chocolate mixture, sweetened condensed milk, rum, coffee granules, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut extract.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
