Ingredients

  • 1/2 (13.5 oz) can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 Organic Egg Yolk (preferably pasture raised)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 3/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • a pinch of Ground Nutmeg
  • Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Extra Cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut milk over low-medium heat in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the egg yolk until the coconut milk thickens.
  3. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture until cool, usually for 2-3 hours.
