Ingredients
- 1/2 (13.5 oz) can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Organic Egg Yolk (preferably pasture raised)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 3/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- a pinch of Ground Nutmeg
- Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
- Extra Cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the coconut milk over low-medium heat in a saucepan.
- Stir in the egg yolk until the coconut milk thickens.
- Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
