Coconut Holiday Punch is a creamy and frothy rum punch cocktail that brings together the flavors of eggnog and tropical coconut, creating a unique and festive holiday indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut water
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz evaporated milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a saucepan, simmer coconut water, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg for 20 minutes, then strain to remove solids and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coconut water with the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until fully mixed and lightly frothy.
- Bottle the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to integrate.
- When ready to serve, add the coquito mix and additional rum to taste in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice, for up to 3 servings at a time.
- Strain the mixture into a mug or rocks glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
