Ingredients
- 3.50 oz coconut milk
- 2.50 oz coconut cream
- 3.50 oz condensed milk
- 3 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- a pinch of nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
- 3 oz dark rum
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until it begins to bubble.
- Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
- Add the dark rum and stir well.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve the Coconut Rum Delight with an extra dusting of nutmeg on top.
