Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 3 1/2 oz condensed milk
  • 3 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the rum in a large saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture on medium, stirring frequently until it starts to bubble.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in the rum.
  5. Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with a dusting of nutmeg on top.
