Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz coconut milk
- 2 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 3 1/2 oz condensed milk
- 3 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the rum in a large saucepan.
- Heat the mixture on medium, stirring frequently until it starts to bubble.
- Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
- Stir in the rum.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve with a dusting of nutmeg on top.
