Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Puerto Rican rum
  • Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned milks and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the rum and stir until fully combined.
  4. Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any clumps of spices.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
  6. Garnish the glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and a cinnamon stick before serving.
