Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 oz Puerto Rican rum
- Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned milks and whisk thoroughly.
- Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour in the rum and stir until fully combined.
- Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any clumps of spices.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Garnish the glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and a cinnamon stick before serving.
