Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 4 slices Cucumber
  • 2 sprigs of Mint
  • Club Soda or sparkling mineral water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, agave nectar, lime juice, 2 slices of cucumber, and 1 sprig of mint.
  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled 3/4 with ice and the remaining cucumber slices.
  3. Top off with club soda or mineral water.
  4. Gently stir to blend in the sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
