Ingredients
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend until smooth.
- For a standalone drink, simply pour the Irish cream into a glass and enjoy.
- To create a creamy coffee delight, pour 1/2 cup of brewed coffee into a cup, and add 1/3 cup of the homemade Irish cream.
