Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Absinthe
  • 1 oz Chocolate liqueur
  • 0.50 oz Vodka
  • 1.25 oz Half and half
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well chilled.
  3. Strain the drink into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
