Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Basil Hayden(r) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat the egg yolks until creamy.
  3. Whip the sugar into the egg yolks.
  4. Beat the egg whites until they form peaks.
  5. Combine the beaten egg yolks with Basil Hayden(r) Bourbon.
  6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
  7. Whip the cream until fluffy.
  8. Mix the whipped cream and milk into the eggnog mixture.
