Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.50 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Half and Half
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1.50 tablespoons Hot Fudge or Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 1.50 tablespoons Cocoa (for glass rim)

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, pour 1 tablespoon vodka.
  2. On another plate, place the cocoa.
  3. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the vodka, then into the cocoa to coat the rim evenly. Set aside the glass.
  4. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes.
  5. Add chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, vodka, and half and half to the shaker.
  6. Shake well until the shaker becomes almost too cold to hold.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup into the interior of the glass.
  8. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared glass, garnish, and serve.
