Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 5 oz premium Indian tonic water (such as Fitch & Leedes)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liquor
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate bitters or mint bitters (optional)
  • Dark chocolate for shaving or grating

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz premium gin to the glass.
  3. Add a few dashes of chocolate (or mint) bitters to the glass.
  4. Pour in 1 tbsp of chocolate liquor.
  5. Top up with 5 oz premium Indian tonic water.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint.
  7. Shave or grate dark chocolate over the top.
