Ingredients

  • 8 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso or classic vodka
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, ice, Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, and vodka.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the inside of a glass with chocolate syrup by tilting the glass at a 45-degree angle and pouring the syrup in a swirling motion.
  4. Pour the mudslide mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.
