Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz London dry gin
  • 0.50 oz yellow chartreuse
  • 0.42 oz lemon juice
  • 0.85 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
  • a few sprigs dill

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the wet ingredients and one sprig of dill without ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to emulsify and aerate the egg white.
  3. Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupette.
