Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 12 oz ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients and a blender.
  2. Measure and pour 2 oz of dark rum into the blender.
  3. Measure and pour 2 oz of pineapple juice into the blender.
  4. Measure and pour 1/2 oz of Kahlua into the blender.
  5. Measure and pour 1/2 oz of banana liqueur into the blender.
  6. Measure and pour 1/2 oz of cream of coconut into the blender.
  7. Cut the banana into 4 or 5 chunks and add them to the blender.
  8. Add about 2 cups or 12 oz of ice to the blender.
  9. Blend the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  10. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass.
  11. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
  12. Use a straw or spoon to enjoy!
