Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bordiga Chiot Montamaro
  • 1/4 oz Varnelli Caffè Moka
  • 1 1/2 oz cold brew concentrate or a double shot of espresso
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin filled with ice, combine Bordiga Chiot Montamaro, Varnelli Caffè Moka, cold brew concentrate or espresso, and Angostura bitters.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  3. Add Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water to the mixing tin.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.
  5. Express the orange zest over the surface of the drink and then discard.
