Ingredients

  • Chocolate sauce (for garnish, optional)
  • Grated chocolate (for garnish, optional)
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 ounces chocolate liqueur (not creme de cacao)
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Optionally, garnish the martini glass rim by swirling it in chocolate syrup and then grated chocolate, and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Baileys Irish Cream, chocolate liqueur, vodka, and a handful of ice.
  3. Secure the top of the shaker and vigorously shake for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
