Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Square One botanical spirit
  • 1 ounce lavender honey syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 large egg white
  • Garnish: lavender blossoms

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the botanical spirit, lavender honey syrup, heavy cream, and egg white.
  2. Dry-shake vigorously without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a few lavender blossoms.
  6. To make lavender honey syrup, combine 1/4 cup lavender honey with 1/4 cup boiling water, stir gently until honey is dissolved, let it cool, and store in a squeeze bottle.
