  • 3 oz dry (brut) Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 4 oz ice cubes
  • Orange slice for garnish

  3. Pour in the Aperol and soda water.
  4. Gently stir.
