Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk (or 1 tbsp Pasteurized Egg Yolk)
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 6 oz Carbonated Water (or half can)
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place egg(s) in a small pot filled with water and heat on low to reach a temperature of 140-142°F.
  2. Place the eggs in an ice bath for 3 minutes after cooking to cool them.
  3. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  4. In a chilled 8 oz. rock glass, add 1 pasteurized egg yolk and 2 tbsp of condensed milk.
  5. Use a milk frother to blend the egg yolk and condensed milk mixture.
  6. Add 2 large cocktail ice cubes to the glass.
  7. Slowly fill the glass with carbonated water.
  8. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon over the drink.
  9. Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release oils, rub it around the rim of the glass, and drop it into the drink.
