  • 1/2 oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz Champagne
  • Ice
  • Cocktail cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine St-Germain, gin, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Fill a Champagne flute with Champagne.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously until the drink is chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the Champagne-filled glass.
