Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum or vodka (optional)
  • 2 1/2 oz sweetened coconut water
  • 3 oz Sprite or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon Spira Electric Sky (powdered natural blue dye)

Instructions

  1. Combine sweetened coconut water, Sprite, and Spira Electric Sky in a highball glass without ice.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the Spira Electric Sky pigment is fully dissolved.
  3. Slowly add ice to fill the glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lime and serve with a paper straw.
