Ingredients
- 2 oz. cognac
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 2 dashes absinthe

- In a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice, stir together the cognac, simple syrup, maraschino liqueur, Peychaud's bitters, and absinthe using a bar spoon for about 15 seconds until chilled.
