Elegant Absinthe Brandy

This legendary cocktail, created by bartender Jerry Thomas in 1876, is a delightful combination of bittersweet flavors with a touch of absinthe. The smooth cognac pairs perfectly with the subtle sweetness of maraschino liqueur and simple syrup, while the dashes of bitters and absinthe add complexity and a hint of herbal notes.
