Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
- 1/2 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
- 1/2 oz reposado tequila
- 1/8 oz Frangelico (plus extra if necessary)
- 1 3/4 oz crushed ice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick over a flame or dry roast in a hot pan until toasted, then place it in a martini glass or champagne coupe.
- In a blender, combine the espresso, tequilas, Frangelico, and ice. Blend for about 1 minute until frothy and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon as garnish.
