Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
  • 1/2 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
  • 1/2 oz reposado tequila
  • 1/8 oz Frangelico (plus extra if necessary)
  • 1 3/4 oz crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick over a flame or dry roast in a hot pan until toasted, then place it in a martini glass or champagne coupe.
  2. In a blender, combine the espresso, tequilas, Frangelico, and ice. Blend for about 1 minute until frothy and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon as garnish.
