Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz botanical gin
  • 3/4 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 oz elderflower tonic
  • 1/4 oz orange blossom water
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • Orange wheels for garnish
  • Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball or gin and tonic glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin, St-Germain, elderflower tonic, orange blossom water, and lime juice. Stir gently.
  3. Slide one thinly sliced orange wheel and one thinly sliced lime wheel down the side of the glass for garnish.
