Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 6 dashes absinthe

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir to chill.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled Martini glass.
  4. Express and discard the lemon twist.
