  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/4 ounce Mexican cinnamon sticks (about 2 sticks)
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons freshly brewed strong coffee, cold
  • 3 tablespoons Chilean pisco
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and clove, then bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
