Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup lemonade
  • 3/8 cup frozen strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 3/8 cup ice
  • agave nectar, to taste
  • blueberries, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine lemonade, frozen strawberries and/or raspberries, and agave nectar. Blend until smooth and adjust the consistency if needed. Set aside.
  2. In the same blender, blend together the coconut milk, ice, and agave nectar until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Pour the berry and coconut slushies in layers into a glass.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries and serve immediately.
