- 1 egg (separated into yolk and white)
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons milk

- Separate the egg yolk and white.
