Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (can substitute low carb sweetener of choice)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 fresh rosemary twig
- Sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
- 1/2 tablespoon cranberry rosemary syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon pure orange juice (can substitute lemon juice)
- 1 fresh rosemary twig
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, coconut sugar, water, and rosemary.
- Bring to a mild simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook for 7 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the cranberries have popped.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
- In a pitcher, stir together the cranberry rosemary syrup, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
- Add a few ice cubes to a glass and pour the cranberry mix equally into the glasses.
- Fill the glasses with sparkling water.
- Decorate each glass with fresh rosemary and cranberries. Serve immediately.
