- 1 egg (separated into yolk and white)
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of grated nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Start by beating the egg yolk and slowly adding 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved. Mix in the vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt until the mixture becomes thick and pale yellow.
- Slowly beat in the brandy, then add the milk and mix well.
- Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
