Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp cream of coconut
- 2 tbsp white rum
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
- Before serving, shake the bottle well.
- Pour the chilled coquito into a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
