Ingredients
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1.50 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3 tbsp black spiced rum
- 2 tbsp sweetened whipped cream
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass measure.
- Heat apple cider until boiling, then pour over the cinnamon honey butter.
- Add the rum and whisk until the butter has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of additional cinnamon if desired.
