Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 6 oz frozen tropical punch concentrate
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp whole allspice
- 1/4 tsp whole cloves
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine cranberry juice, tropical punch concentrate, water, and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to boil.
- Tie the cinnamon stick, allspice, and cloves in a cheesecloth bag. Add the spice bag to the liquid and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove the spice bag and discard.
- Just before serving, add the pineapple juice and stir well.
- Pour the punch into mugs and serve hot.
