Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 6 oz frozen tropical punch concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp whole allspice
  • 1/4 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine cranberry juice, tropical punch concentrate, water, and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Tie the cinnamon stick, allspice, and cloves in a cheesecloth bag. Add the spice bag to the liquid and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the spice bag and discard.
  4. Just before serving, add the pineapple juice and stir well.
  5. Pour the punch into mugs and serve hot.
