Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. fino sherry
  • 2 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 3 orange peels for flaming

Instructions

  1. Pour fino sherry into a martini glass and swirl to coat the inside, then discard the excess.
  2. Flame 2 of the orange peels over the glass to infuse the aroma, then discard them.
  3. Chill the vodka and strain it into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with the last flamed orange peel.
