Ingredients
- 2 ounces Gin
- 1/2 ounce Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Fresh lime juice
- 1 Egg white
- 3/4 ounce Simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce Heavy cream
- 3 dashes Orange flower water
- Club soda (to top)
Instructions
- Combine gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry-shake the ingredients vigorously until well combined.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
- Gently pour club soda along the inside edge of the shaker to release any remaining froth, then add it to the drink.
