Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3/4 ounce Simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Heavy cream
  • 3 dashes Orange flower water
  • Club soda (to top)

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry-shake the ingredients vigorously until well combined.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
  5. Gently pour club soda along the inside edge of the shaker to release any remaining froth, then add it to the drink.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
