Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raspberries and sliced strawberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp apricot nectar, chilled
  • 2 tbsp ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 tbsp white grape juice, chilled
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vodka
  • 2 tbsp seltzer, chilled

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen raspberries and strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Transfer the frozen berries to a resealable plastic freezer bag and return to the freezer.
  3. In a glass or shaker, combine the apricot nectar, ginger ale, white grape juice, and vodka.
  4. Mix the ingredients well.
  5. When ready to serve, add the chilled seltzer to the mixture.
  6. Drop the frozen berries into the drink.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
