Ingredients

  • 1 lime or orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup champagne or sparkling dry wine
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub the sliced lime around the rim of a champagne glass.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the granulated sugar in a shallow dish.
  3. Fill the glass halfway with champagne.
  4. Pour pomegranate juice into the glass to fill it.
