Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz dark rum (preferably Appleton Estate Reserve)
  • 1 1/2 oz amontillado sherry (preferably Lustau Dry)
  • 1/4 oz apricot liqueur (preferably Rothman & Winter)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz cane sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
