Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pisco Capel
  • 1-1/2 tbsp confectioner's sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice
  • Blood orange bitters

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine lemon juice, Pisco, confectioner's sugar, egg white, and crushed ice.
  2. Blend until the mixture is very foamy.

  4. Add a few drops of blood orange bitters on top.
