- 1-1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 3 oz Pisco Capel
- 1-1/2 tbsp confectioner's sugar (or to taste)
- 1 fresh egg white
- 1/3 cup crushed ice
- Blood orange bitters
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, Pisco, confectioner's sugar, egg white, and crushed ice.
- Blend until the mixture is very foamy.
- Pour the cocktail into a serving glass.
- Add a few drops of blood orange bitters on top.
