Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • Sugar, to taste (optional)
  • Evaporated milk, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jar, add 2 tablespoons of water, instant coffee, and sugar (if using).
  2. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker or jar.
  4. Cover and shake again for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the foam and ice into a tall glass.
  6. Add more water, ice, and milk if desired.
  7. Serve right away.
