Ingredients

  • Crushed ice
  • 1 oz. rye whiskey
  • 1 oz. cognac
  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon Bénédictine liqueur
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill an 8-oz. glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the rye whiskey and the rest of the ingredients into the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.
