Ingredients

  • 1 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 1.25 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
  • 1 cup of Ice
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, cherry, and chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Combine French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture on the crush ice setting until it reaches the consistency of a frappe.
  3. Pour the blended cocktail into a highball glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
