Ingredients
- 1 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 1.25 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
- 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
- 1 cup of Ice
- optional toppings: whipped cream, cherry, and chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Combine French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice in a blender.
- Blend the mixture on the crush ice setting until it reaches the consistency of a frappe.
- Pour the blended cocktail into a highball glass.
- Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
