Ingredients

  • 4 ounces frozen rosé
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Crushed or pellet ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen rosé, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a 12-ounce Ball jelly jar.
  2. Fill the jar with crushed or pellet ice.
  3. Attach the blade assembly of a blender to the jar, invert, and blend until the mixture is very smooth.
  4. Carefully remove the blade, add a straw, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
