- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee, chilled
- 3 tablespoons Irish whiskey
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a sturdy resealable plastic bag, crush the ice cubes using a meat mallet.
